| Registration from 6pm for 7pm start. Barefoot bowls combined with life’s simple pleasures (cold beer and bistro food), means the era of the trusty bowlo is not over. Barefoot bowls is a social, fun event where participants play lawn bowls, without shoes! It can include a few drinks, and an enjoyable summer evening with grass between your toes and a little competitive fun. Men, women and teenagers are all welcome to try their hand at this centuries old game. Size and strength matters in many sports but not lawn bowls. It is a game of skill, strategy, accuracy and finesse. Don’t worry if you do not have the proper footwear as you can be barefoot and the club will supply you with a set of bowls. The Moree Services Club has 2 courtesy buses that run from 10am, 7 days a week. |
